How a hire works

Three steps, and nothing in between lands on your desk

The process is the same as hiring locally — except that recognition, visa and arrival do not occupy your HR team. For organisations without an HR department, that is the point.

    You see the professional profile before you pay

    Occupation, experience, language level, qualifications and an introduction video with subtitles — without unlocking and without an appointment. You unlock a candidate only when you want to get in touch.

  2. 02

    The interview happens in the browser

    Agree a time, hold the video call, record the outcome — no extra software and no time-zone arithmetic. All documents sit right next to it.

  3. 03

    Recognition, visa and arrival run without you

    After your offer we take over the procedure. In the fast-track procedure under § 81a of the German Residence Act you are the applicant, but PAKA does the work under power of attorney. You can see where the case stands at any time.

No fee on signing, no further payment after the probation period. An unlocked candidate stays assigned to you permanently.
