What you can do with a candidate

  • Candidate file — CV, passport, certificates, language proof, introduction video with subtitles
  • Automatic extraction — the CV is read, and the candidate card is built from it
  • Own login for the candidate — they maintain their own documents but stay assigned to your agency
  • Chat — with the candidate and with PAKA, including file attachments
  • Proposals to employers — request, acceptance, rejection — all traceable

What does not work yet: Placement fees are not paid through the platform, and there is no programming interface for your own systems. Both are planned. We would rather tell you up front what is missing than explain it afterwards.
