- What does “unlocking a candidate” mean?
- Before unlocking you see the professional profile: occupation, experience, languages, qualifications. Unlocking adds the name, contact details and all documents — and the candidate stays assigned to you permanently.
- Does an unlock expire?
- No. A candidate unlocked through a package stays yours, even if you later have no plan. With unlimited access, access to all other candidates lasts as long as the plan runs.
- What happens when my package is used up?
- You buy another package or move to unlimited access. Candidates you already unlocked are unaffected.
- When does unlimited access pay off?
- From around 30 candidates a month. Below that, packages are cheaper.
- Can I try first?
- Yes. Trial access allows three candidates per month, with no payment details and no notice period.
