Terms and Conditions
This is a convenience translation. The German version of this document is legally binding.
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by PAKA GmbH, Josephsplatz 8, 90403 Nuremberg, to its customers. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless PAKA expressly agrees to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Services
PAKA GmbH offers the following services:
- Preliminary approval by the Federal Employment Agency
- Accelerated skilled-worker procedure pursuant to § 81a Residence Act
- Visa and relocation services
PAKA does not provide legal advice within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act (RDG).
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by registering on the platform. PAKA reviews the request within 24 hours. The contract becomes effective after acceptance and payment. Registration itself is free of charge.
§ 4 Prices and payment
Prices start at €90 incl. VAT. Payment is due after acceptance of the offer.
§ 5 Right of withdrawal
Before payment, the contract can be withdrawn free of charge at any time. After payment, a refund is excluded because the provision of services begins immediately (§ 356 (4) German Civil Code).
§ 6 Customer obligations
- Truthful information on all relevant matters
- Consent of the data subject to data processing
- Submission of a valid power of attorney, where required
§ 7 Liability
PAKA owes the proper submission of the documents, not the success of the procedure. PAKA accepts no liability for decisions of the Federal Employment Agency.
§ 8 Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is stored in Frankfurt am Main (EU). Data is deleted 6 months after completion of the procedure.
§ 9 Contract term
The contract ends when the Federal Employment Agency notifies the result of the procedure. The user account can be deleted at any time.
§ 10 Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg.
